Event Description:
We’re so grateful to be able to gather and have fun in person once again, so we’ve been organizing monthly weekend practice days in NYC as a chance to come together and practice in community. For this December NYC practice day, the theme will be Sangha Day: Sangha as Practice.
Join us for a day of practice celebrating the sangha, or community of practitioners. What is the sangha? What does sangha as practice mean? How does spiritual friendship play a role in this?
Join us at the Lucid Body House (230 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10016) for a morning of meditation, discussion, ritual, and connecting with community.
This event is OPEN TO ALL—all are welcome. Join us as early as 9:40 am.
