The course will explore the Buddha’s fundamental teaching on the four Noble Truths through an exploration of direct and experiential approaches to meditation.
The Truths can be summarized as: 1) we suffer, 2) there’s a cause of our suffering, 3) we can end suffering, and 4) here’s how we end it.
Reflecting and meditating on our somatic and sensory experience, we will explore these Truths as we live and feel them. What is felt and can be known and so transform our minds, leading us towards awakening and freedom.
