Event Description:

The election is a stressful time for many of us, filled with concern and anxiety about the future of the country. Much uncertainty is likely to ensue before and after election day.

We are holding this event as a space for who would like to come and be in a supportive and reflective environment. We will have an opportunity to be in mindful presence, held in loving kindness, and engage in heart-felt listening as we share our experiences.

This event is OPEN TO ALL regardless of your political ideology—all are welcome.
