Breathe yourself awake! the practice of Anapanasati


A six-week journey through the Buddha’s teachings on mindfulness. 

Anapanasati is one of the few comprehensive meditation teachings handed down to us directly from the Buddha. It expounds the Four Foundations of mindfulness in 16 pith instructions. Emphasis on breathing with different aspects of experience takes us from right where we are to Awakening. It is a powerful set of teachings that help us to be with unfolding experience throughout all areas of our lives. 

Each class will include periods of practice, dialogue, Dharma teaching and discussion. 

The main sources of inspiration for this course will be drawn from Viveka, Dhammarati, Larry Rosenberg and Analayo.
